Evangelism Committee

Father Michael is forming a new Evangelism Committee.  Persons who volunteer for this Committee will prayerfully discern God’s will for our church family in the area of evangelism and bring forth ideas to be discerned by the Committee as a whole.  If you feel called to serve on this Committee, please let Father Michael know asap. The Lord said, “Fill my house!”

Small Groups 

Karen Mutalik is leading a Home Bible Study & Fellowship Group on Sunday nights in Marlborough, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. and ending no later than 8:00 p.m.  Persons are then welcome to stay for a brief time of Christian fellowship The Group is presently studying the Letter of Judges.

Rhonda Cotton is leading a Small Group on Monday nights in Harvard, MA.  The Study is entitled "The Call to Discipleship".  The Group is meeting each week at 7:00 p.m.  Father Michael strongly encourages all able persons to be involved in a small group.  Come and see!

Starting Wednesday, May 20, Father Michael will be leading a Home Bible Study and Fellowship Group every Wednesday Morning in Marlborough, beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. and ending no later than 11:15 a.m.  The Group is meeting at the home of Father Michael & Christine. We will begin by reading parts of the Acts of the Apostles.  Please join us!

Monthly Men’s Breakfast & Topical Discussion:  Our new Men’s Breakfast & Topical Discussion will be meeting monthly in the Church Hall from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (at the latest).  We will be meeting for a hearty breakfast and Christian fellowship.  Each month a new topic will be presented and discussed.  Please join us on the following Saturdays in 2009:  June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10 and December 12.  We will not be meeting in November.  If you have any questions or would like to help, please speak with Dan Morse, Men’s Group Coordinator

Adult Christian Education

Adult Christian Education Course on Tuesday Nights (Tuesday, March 3):  Beginning Tuesday, March 3 at 8:00 p.m., Father Michael will be offering a new Bible Study and Discussion Group entitled, “What the Church Fathers Say About…”.  Each week we will investigate a new topic from the perspective of the Holy Scriptures and the writings of the early Church Fathers.  Classes will be held in the Meeting Room and are open to everyone.

Stations of the Cross

Beginning Friday, February 27,  the Stations of the Cross will be offered every Friday in Lent in Holy Trinity Chapel beginning at 7:00 p.m. (except on Good Friday when the Stations will be offered at 3:00 p.m.).  Please set aside at least one Friday in Lent to experience this ancient and powerful liturgy of the Church.  “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me.” –St. Luke 9:23
